Using Kraftin' Kimmies Angry Ballerina stamp as it reminds me a little bit of me... me sulk... NEVER hehehe

Flowers are from Accessorize sticker pack!

And border punch used on card behind Ballerina and on the sentiment

Boys cards are fun... Not lol

Dont you just LOVE having to make cards for boys! Pffffffffffft nope me neither lol

Either way needed to make one for someone at work so footballing dragon came to my rescue! Who would of thought that football would have some use in my life hehehe

Also clean and simple one layer card, very good for someone like me whose main supply of paper is pink/purple/glitter :D

Its been a while...

Took a little break for the first part of November, started a new role at work and now settling into that and not feeling so shattered in the evening!

So to get me back in the craft habit made this birthday card for one of my new team members at work.

Anyone whose a Kraftin' Kimmie fan will know that this particular pretty lady normally comes with a very cute dragon :D however due to an in joke at work I replaced the draggie with a balloon (got love masking off stamps!)

Coloured in with Promarkers (blossom, pale pink, meadow green, apple and a mixture of browns and skin tones for skin and hair).

Though not entering into any challenges, would hopefully making a good impression on the Passion for Promarkers ladies who are looking for a new DT member

Eeeeeee new Kimmie stamps arrived, one of which is the delightful Rosabelle!

Not had much time to play this week with working a late shift, so have had fun today putting together this card :D

Background paper has been handmade, I used purple colorsoft paint to cover an A4 sheet of paper.

Then using a mask went over it with purple distress in (dusty concord).

Scrunched up the paper then flattened it back out.

Used a hint of blue distress ink (faded jeans) on the masked areas then a spritz of purple cosmic shimmer spray!

Similar technique used on the circular background and sentiment where I stencilled a some butterflies before going all over with distress ink then another spritz of shimmer spray!

Art Journal - Midnight Magic

Started working on this last night when I should of been going to bed... But the inspiration grabbed me and wouldn't let me stop until I was going boggled eyed lol

Completely inspired by Tiddly Inks challenge this week of 'Silvery Blues', so had to use colours from this colour list:

Background, used water colours in blues,black and a grey. Then went over with a distress ink blue and black with masks.

Added stamped images to give a garden feel.

Coloured in my images (promarkers of course!), cut them out then played with where I was going to put them.

Some masked flowers in acrylic paint, words (font downloaded from da font) and liberal amounts of shimmer sprays in Pewter & Twilight Black! Some additional white acrylic and silver pen to highlight areas!
