Have had fun with Pollycrafts flash your freebies! Using the freebie emailed to me I've made a LO which is going to be part of a book to be sent to a craft friend who is going through an extremely difficult time.

The quote on the page is one I made up myself to go with the cute turtle hug image!

Also entering into this weeks Passion for Promarkers challenge, who has a theme of distressing! Have been having a lot of fun with my new paper edger by making memories and sandpapering core'dination card stock!

Sweet 13 - Friday Sketchers Challenge

Eeek, forgot that Martha turned 13 today, so will have to get this posted off toot-sweet! Makes me feel very old seeing as I've known Martha since the day she was born :o/ and I'm only 2*ahem*8 :D

So I've made what I think is a good girly teenage card, using a funky Sugar Nellie image coloured in with Promarkers and following the Friday Sketchers LO:

I ♥ Promarkers Challenge 22 - Distressing

Seeing as I've been having so much fun doing my own backgrounds and stuff in the past couple of weeks thought I'd have a go at I ♥ Promarkers Challenge 22 - Distressing

Using the Motivet kitty freebie coloured in using Ice Grey 3&4, Sunkissed Pink, Lilac, Amethyst, Leaf Green & Chestnut. I coloured the base of the card with versamark ink and also fluid chalk ink in purples, pinks & silver! And then added some silver flutterbyes to the background.

Tore a rectangle(ish) from a Kate Knight freebie pad of paper, and attached my kitty onto some core'dinations card which I sanded around the edges.

Finally added some metallic pink dots & stamped 'Thinking of You'
